Anna Cowden

Anna Cowden is the Illinois Economic Development Corporation’s Senior Manager, Communications. Prior to Illinois EDC, Anna interned with Proof Strategies DC, the Kansas City Area Development Council, and Community America Credit Union.

Anna graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Journalism in Strategic Communications and BA in Constitutional Democracy.

Hailing from the Kansas City-metro, Anna currently resides in Chicago.
