He is responsible for end-to-end operational performance, including procurement, deployment, repair, and asset lifecycle management, ensuring consistent service delivery across complex and distributed environments.

Wright focuses on building scalable operational systems that improve efficiency and support long-term growth. He has led the development of custom automation and workflow solutions using platforms such as Quickbase, Python, and advanced data tools, reducing manual processes and strengthening operational reliability.
