Kevin Cole

Kevin currently serves as the EY Chicago Office Managing Partner. In this role, Kevin supports a team of approximately 4,200 high-performing professionals across EY’s assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory service lines. By creating an inclusive and teaming culture and developing great learning experiences for EY’s people, Kevin works to drive market leadership and demonstrate the transformative power of EY. Kevin has been part of the EY Chicago office since 2003 and has over 31 years of experience working with Fortune 1000 companies and their leadership teams across several industries and functional areas.

Previously, Kevin served as the US-Central Region Accounts Managing Partner, where he was a member of the senior leadership team responsible for leading and supporting the US-Central Region go-to-market strategy across all service lines and sectors.

Kevin began his EY career in the Atlanta office and has since served as the Global Client Service Partner (GCSP) in the Diversified Industrial, Consumer Products and Financial Services sectors. His previous leadership roles have included Market Segment Leader for the Illinois and Diversified Industrial Products market segments in the legacy Central Region, and a three-year rotation as the Americas Director of Accounts and Business Development where he was a member of the Americas Operating Executive.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BS in Business Administration and lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and three children.
