As Principal, Economic Development at Clayco/LJC, Lisa works across the enterprise to build partnerships that drive growth across the company, and investment in communities across Illinois and the Midwest.
Formerly, as Senior Vice President of Business Development at World Business Chicago, she spearheaded the development and execution of strategies to attract new investment, foster economic growth, and create jobs in Chicagoland. She collaborated with the public sector, corporate partners, startups, research centers, universities, real estate partners, and other stakeholders. She has worked for 20+ years in positions across the built environment, including positions with the Real Estate Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen, and leading her own consulting practice.
Lisa is an active civic member, sitting on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Community College Board, Lake County Partners (Lake County’s economic development organization) and the Evanston Economic Development Committee, where Lisa lives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan Dearborn, and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning & Public Affairs from the University of Illinois Chicago.
