Claire DeLay

Claire DeLay is a Manager of Clean Energy Production and Manufacturing at the Illinois Economic Development Corporation, where she works with clean energy and advanced manufacturing companies seeking to establish and grow their presence in Illinois. Claire’s background in Economic Development is centered in her experience in working with East Asian companies interested in entering the US market. Proficient in Mandarin, she has spent more than five years living in Asia and has worked within East Asian trade and development organizations.

Claire received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Graduate Certificate in Chinese-US studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
