Erica Mattison

Erica is the Executive Assistant to Business Development and Quantum. She provides administrative support, manages complex scheduling and priorities, and helps coordinate strategic initiatives and projects that support the organization’s business development efforts.

Prior to joining Illinois EDC, she served as an Administrative Assistant at Marshall Gerstein & Borun LLP, where she supported firm operations through executive meeting coordination, event planning, reporting, and information management. Before that, she held administrative and operational leadership roles with Compass Group, providing executive support, managing budgets and resources, and partnering with healthcare leadership to improve operational efficiency across multiple locations.

She attended Michigan State University, where she studied Business Administration and Project Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.
